Together we will meet in circle, land in our bodies with movement practices and share the complex & beautiful stories of our motherhood.

Somatic Storytelling
Discover the ecosomatics of your belonging. In this 60 minute unfolding, we will map the territory of what is alive in the present moment to understand our relatedness to self, ground, other and truth. With seasonal & elemental wisdom, we will deepen into presence, evoking the creative spiral of authentic you! This session is a weaving of embodied, relational gestalt coaching & craniosacral therapy.
