Where do sessions take place?

In the heartland: Lawrence, Kansas! Our beautiful ecosystem of an office is located on the second floor of Sunflower Outdoor & Cafe, nestled next to the Omtree yoga studio. On Mondays, I’ll meet you at the front door on Mass street and escort you up. All other days we can meet in the waiting room next to the office where there is also a bathroom and showers. If you need an elevator lift, let me know!

What should I wear?

If we are doing a massage, less is more, and always dress to what feels comfortable for you. You’re welcome to fully undress (naked) for massages and I’ll be sure to keep you covered as we flow. For craniosacral, energy healing and group work, it’s best to wear clothes that are comfortable to move and lay in, like what you might work out in but the cozy version.

What happens if I am sick?

Who do you work with?

I work with anyone that is longing to feel good in their body! I especially love working with prenatal/postpartum women & people, caretakers, leaders, teachers and those that are looking to settle into their feminine need for restorative rest.
